How CrestOps got here.
Parth spent four years inside Salesforce orgs at different companies — building, cleaning up, documenting, and integrating across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Boomi.
When CrestOps started, the doors were open to any professional services firm. After a year of conversations, the strongest fit for the work we do best — FSL rollouts, Service Cloud, and system integrations — turned out to be commercial field service operators and growing SMBs. So that's where we're focused: HVAC, solar EPC, alarm and security, medical equipment service, IT field services — plus RIAs and mid-market nonprofits where the work crosses into our wheelhouse.
