How CrestOps got here.
Parth spent four years inside Salesforce orgs at different companies — building, cleaning up, documenting, and integrating. He saw a pattern: small and mid-size law firms kept getting pitched bloated, multi-quarter implementations by agencies that didn't understand their day-to-day work.
CrestOps was founded to do the opposite: tightly scoped projects, fast timelines, and one senior consultant who owns the whole thing end-to-end.
